Your Agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Service
The Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time, the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you, an individual customer, member, user, or beneficiary of this service of at least 18 years of age ("You"), and KhidmatPay.in / Khidmat Ventures Limited (together with its subsidiaries and other affiliates, "us", "we", " KhidmatPay " or " Khidmat Ventures Limited"), regarding your use of our recharge of any prepaid/postpaid  mobile/DTH service, other utility bill payment,  purchasing any item and other services available on KhidmatPay.com, located at: 56 Extension, Rajbagh, Srinagar,Jammu & Kashmir India.

Registration
The "User" shall agree to provide true, accurate and current information about him/her, as prompted by the registration form of the "Site". The "User" shall agree to maintain the security of his/her password and identification; maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information the "User" provides to the "Site", to keep it accurate, current and complete; and shall be fully responsible for all use of account and for any actions that take place using the "User" account. The "User" acknowledges that registration does not guarantee continued or continuous service and also acknowledges that "Site" may terminate the registration at any point of time with or without notice.

"Site" reserves the right to delete any information and to refuse any and all future use, if it suspects that the information provided by the "User" is false and inaccurate.
While registering, the user will choose a password and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. The user is fully responsible for all activities that occur while using their password or account. It is the duty of the user to notify the "Site" immediately of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. "Site" will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the user as a result of unauthorized use of their password or account, either with or without their knowledge.

Standard of User Conduct
The "User" shall understand that all contents (information, data, text, photographs, voice, graphics and/or other materials) hosted/viewed in the "Site" are the sole responsibility of the "User" from whom such content originated.
The "Site" does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity and quality of such contents. The "User" must also understand that it is possible for him/her to receive contents that are offensive, objectionable or indecent. The "Site" will not be liable for any error or any negative effect/result of such content whatsoever.
The "User" represents, warrants and agrees that no materials of any kind submitted through "User" account or otherwise posted or shared by "User" through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. The "User" further agrees that he/she shall not use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or disrupt the service, servers, system, site or networks connected to the service.
Users shall recognize that they have the responsibility of evaluating and bearing the risks associated with the content's (that is shared and used) reliability accuracy, usefulness, purpose and comprehensiveness. Consequently, users shall understand that they cannot entirely depend on the data displayed at the "Site".
The "User" expressly and impliedly agrees not to use the services or the "Site" to: - Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is or likely to cause/affect/violate the rights of any party with respect to religious sentiments, secular credentials, communal harmony, peace, integrity of a nation, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;
- Impersonate any person or entity;
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content listed on the site or services;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that the "User" does not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual relationship (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information, learned or disclosed as part of non- disclosure agreements);
- Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence;
- Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
- Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than normal, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects the other user's ability to engage in real time exchanges; - Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that is likely to cause or damage the computer, computer system, site, server and services;
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service; - Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law and any regulations having the force of law;
- KhidmatPay acts as a mere facilitator for JKPDD Electricity Bill Payment by accepting payments and paying bills on behalf of people.

Information Technology Act & Indian Laws
The "User" agrees and undertakes to abide by the provisions of Information Technology Act and/or any other laws/rules/regulations of India. The User impliedly and expressly undertakes to submit to the jurisdiction of enforcing/statutory authorities for any violation of the IT act and other laws.

Proprietary Rights
All the Content on the Site whether text, graphics, pictures, video etc. their selection and arrangement are the proprietary property of the site, its Users or its licensors with all rights reserved. Any use of the Site or the Site Content other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the registration granted herein.

Termination
The User should agree that the Site, at its sole discretion, may terminate the account, password or use of the service, for any reason or if the Site believes that the user has violated or has acted inconsistently with the spirit of Terms of Service. The site also at its sole discretion and at any time may discontinue providing the service, with or without notice. Upon termination, user's right to use the Site immediately ceases. Further, the user must agree that the Site shall not be liable to anyone for any termination of User access to the service.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Site , its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Content that the User submits, posts, transmits or otherwise makes available through the Service, the use of the Service, the connection to the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or the violation of any rights of another or any violation of any applicable law or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Limitation of Liability
The site is not to be held liable for special, consequential, incidental, indirect or punitive loss, damage or expenses, data, loss of facilities, or equipment or the cost of recreating lost data regardless of whether arising out of a breach of contract, warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
The User shall agree that the Site shall not be liable for any damage, monetary loss resulting from transactions resulting to the damage of the User's reputation resulting from bogus entries.

Copyrights and Trademark Information
The Site's name is the property of their respective holders. The trademarks and logos may not be used in any manner without the expressed approval of all or any content featured in the site. The logos, banners and the like are trademarks of the Site. Without Site's permission, the user agrees not to display or use these in any manner.
Site respects the intellectual property of others. The Site expects the user to do the same. If the user believes that his/her intellectual property rights have been violated please inform Site authorities immediately and provide the following information:
a. a description of the copyright that user or owner claim has been infringed;
b. a description where the material is located on the site;
c. complete name, address, telephone number and email address of the owner of the copyrighted material;
d. signature, sent electronically or physically, of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;
e. a statement by the user or owner that he/she firmly believes that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner;
f. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that all the given information are true and accurate
and that he/she is the copyright owner or the one authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Changes to the Terms and conditions
The site may amend its terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. If there is any change made to the Terms and conditions they will be notified to the User by posting an announcement on the site so that the User is always aware of the updating of the site from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service so that he/she is apprised of any changes.

Cancellation Policy
All sales of service are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Khidmat Ventures Limited is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect account number.
However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account or wallet, but a Services has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on info@khidmatventures.com/info@khidmatpay.com or posting us a message. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number ( ) shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your wallet,card or bank account without delivery of service then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

Return and Refund Policy
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free recharge or shopping experience.
 If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller's policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.
Normally a refund will be issued to you instantaneously. However in some cases the refund my take 2 working days and you will receive a refund confirmation mail within that period. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 4-7 working days to post a credit to your account. This is an automatic process and will be followed in all cases, however, for cases where you have received a success confirmation but not received a recharge or any other case you are welcome to log a complaint by opening a support ticket on our contact us page and we will provide you a quick resolution or you may directly call our support Manager also.
In cases, where you are not satisfied with the resolution you may choose to escalate the issue with our senior managers, the contact details of whom are given on our website. Escalation requests will be accepted only after 8 days of the transaction.
Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid recharge or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on our system.

Shipping and Delivery Process
What are the delivery charges?
Generally the prices shown on the website are final and all inclusive but sometimes delivery charge varies with each Seller.
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.
For example, seller of some daily deals generally charge Rs 40 for delivery, and provides free delivery on orders valued at Rs 500 or more. Please check with individual sellers to understand what the delivery charges are. And sometimes there are sellers which wave off all shipping charges. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X- Y business days?
It is possible that the Khidmat Ventures Limited/ or other seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
The Seller offering the product.
Product's availability with the Seller.
The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on ?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on . List prices are final and all-inclusive.
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
* Whether the Seller ships to your location
* Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
* The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible, logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through , you can return the item at the KhidmatPay Centre where you have bought the item.

What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?
'In Stock'
For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
'Available'
The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

'Out of Stock'
Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
